How does the resolving power of telescope change when the aperture of the objective is increased???

1. When frequency of the incident light is increased, the resolving power of the telescope increases.
2. When the focal length of the objective lens is increased, the resolving power does not change.
3. When aperture if the objective lens is halved, the resolving power of the Telescope is also halved
