how does the short circuit from ?what is it's effect?

it will happen due to completing the circuit at wrong point in the wiring it produces large amount of heat

Hey....
Short circuitting takes place when live wire comes in direct contact with neutral wire (due to damage of insulation).
Resulting in flow of high current....
