The size of land holding, labour and capital affect agriculture development in various ways.
Land holding:
If a person owns a huge amount of land, he could grow various crops, and even if one crop is destroyed the others would yield him profit. He could also try various cropping patterns and styles as he has a lot of land to spare.
But if a person has less land, he cannot take any risks on it. And if the crop gets destroyed, he will not get anything
Labour:
If a person has a lot of labours, he can plant crops faster, harvest it faster, and reduce time wastage. Also he can quickly check large amount of him lands for any pests as he has the manpower to do so.
Where as a person having less or no labours can not do the same
Capital:
If a person a huge capital, he can introduce new machinery, seeds, fertilizer, and various new irrigation techniques. Which would help him to maximize his crop production.
Where as a person with low capital can not afford good machinery or seeds
Hence in this way land, labour and capital impact the agricultural development
Hope it helped you....
