How does the size of vacuoles vary in cells???

hii my dear friends .....here is your answer ......the vacuole is enclosed by a membrane ,called a tonoplast . the number and size of vocuoles in different plant cells vary greatly . young cells contain a larger number of smaller vacuoles but , taken as a whole , occupy only a minor part of the cell volume....I hope it's help you
