how does the tissues obtain oxygen and give out carbon dioxide during gaseous exchange

with the process of diffusion some substance like oxygen carbon dioxide etc move in and out from tissue or Cell
and with the help of osmosis liquid substance like water move in and out from the cell
it is not possible that every substance move in and out from the cell or tissue because cell membrane or permeable membrane doesn't allow all substances

Oxygen and glucose pass through capillary walls and enter the cells. Waste products such as carbon dioxide pass back from the cells into the blood through capillaries. The flap that covers the trachea during swallowing so that food does not enter the lungs.
