Earthen pot is made up of sand , so it has holes in it and through these holes some of the water get out and these water absorb hear energy from the surrounding and evaporates making the surrounding cool.

mamun59: Instead of holes u can write pores

Dear !!!

Due to the presence of Little spores it causes

latent heat which takes heat from Pot &

evaporate the water &water in pot become

Cool.

mamun59: Spot don't cause latent heat.. The pores present on its circumference absorb the latent heat and diffuses it into the surrounding..
