The writer creates humor by making fun of thw characters Mrs Packletide, Louisa Mebbin and Loona Bimberton .
Mrs Packletide was a lady who showsoffs . when loona bimberton travelled in a aeroplane with an algerian aviator mrs packletide thinks for a hunt but when the goat is shot and the tiger is dead due to the sound of the gunshot Louisa Mebbin blackmails mrs packletide.
Loona Bimberton is ashamed when the news is given to that mrs packletide had shot a tiger she did not look at newspapers for weeks and her letter of thanks for the brooch showed her feelings.
