Transpiration keeps the plant cool. It also helps to create a pull which helps to pull the water from the roots.

Q. How does transpiration help in plants ?
Ans : Transpiration is water moving through plants, when water gets evaporated from leaves, stems, etc. Transpiration helps plants by cooling them. Also, it pumps water and some minerals to leaves to help in photosynthesis.
