Tratransport of water in plants.
The transport of water in plants is done by the xylem cells in the vascular tissue.
The machanisum of absorption of water and minerals is the same machanisum held in straw. When transpiration occar there is an low pressure area so that the water entered through the root.it has only up ward movement of transport.
