In uniform linear motion, both the speed and velocity of the object remains the same. In uniform circular motion, the speed remains constant but the direction of the object changes at every point. Therefore the  velocity of the object changes . In uniform circular motion the acceleration is always towards the centre but in uniform linear motion there is no acceleration.
