how does water mangement help in the conservationof soil ?

the rivers which flow in mountains by the process weathering the rock fall down and break and formed small the rivers lay the small rocks down with them and in million years they formed soil so this is water management which helps in conservation of soil

Soil conservation is the preventing of soil loss from erosion or reduced fertility caused by over usage, acidification, salinization or other chemical soil contamination. Slash-and-burn and other unsustainable methods of subsistence farming are practiced in some lesser developed areas.
