water pollution affect land animal because when the animal want to quinch their thirst then they go on any lake or rive etc...if the water is contaminated or polluted then its affects harmfull for animals...or whom quinch their thirst. and for growing plants they cannot grow without takin help of water...if the water is polluted then then the plant does not grow properly...
