How does water rise in tall trees?

the root hairs absorb the water and minerals frm the ground and the xylem transfers the water contain to the sub aerial parts of the tree or in other way due to the transpiration process....If the temperature is more thn the photosynthesis process Rapids it's speed and the water will b moving to the parts of the tree in very fast manner.....

tall trees receive water in two ways

1. root hairs absorb the water from the roots and then  they move from cell to cell to the top part. this is called root pressure. through this method not much water reaches the trees.

2. transpiration occurs, in which loss of water takes place, creating suction making the plant absorb water and move to the top part and to all the body parts.
