As we know that Air is present between the particles of soil,.the roots of plant take the oxygen requirement for respiration from the air present in between the soil particle by the process of diffusion through the roots hair of plant the roots hair are contact with the soil ,oxygen diffuses into roots hair and reached all the other cell of the roots for respiration.
