Magnification (m) = -1/5 (both image and obj. are real)
Focal length (f) = -20 cm
We know , m = -f/(u-f)
-1/5 = -(-20)/(u+20)
u=-120cm
Hence , the object should be kept at a distance of 120cm in front of the mirror.
