Non co-operation movement was not an entirely successful movement but still it was as it encouraged many Indians and taught them how to stop cooperating it wasn’t entirely successful as everyone was turning violent ( including britishers of course ) and it was withdrawn after the chauri chaura incident. ( hope it helped a little)
