here, mass m = 60kg , kinetic energy=750
but, kinetic energy=1/2mv^2
hence, 1/2mv^2=750
60×v^2=750×2
v^2=1500/60
v^2=25
v = 5m/s
but, kinetic energy=1/2mv^2
hence, 1/2mv^2=750
60×v^2=750×2
v^2=1500/60
v^2=25
v = 5m/s

- Mass = 60 kg
- K.E = 750 J
- v = ?
→ K.E = (1/2)mv²
⇒ 750 = (1/2) × 60 × v²
⇒ v² = 150/6
⇒ v = √25
⇒ v = 5 m/s
∴ The man should run with a velocity of 5m/s
