How fast should a man of mass of 60 kg run so that it's k.E is 750j?

K. E. = 750 J

=> 1/2 × m × v^2 = 750

=> 60v^2 = 1500

=> v^2 = 25

=> v = 5 m/s

He should run with velocity of 5m/s
