1/2 Mv² = kinetic energy

So, wieght=600

Mass =60 gravity is 10 m/s² assuming

So,

750=1/2×60×v²

750=30v²

V²=720

V=√720

V=26.83 approx

Hope this helps u out mate

Good luck

Answer

  • Mass = 60 kg
  • K.E = 750 J
  • v = ?

K.E = (1/2)mv²

⇒ 750 = (1/2) × 60 × v²

⇒ v² = 150/6

⇒ v = √25

v = 5 m/s

∴  The man should run with a velocity of 5m/s
