velocity of sound at 25 celcius is 343m/s
and,
v =  \sqrt{kt}
where t is temprature
 \frac{343}{ \sqrt{298} }  =  \sqrt{k}
v at 15 celcius
v =  \frac{343}{ \sqrt{298} }  \sqrt{288}
