small intestine by secretion of liver called bile ,break down the large globules of fats into the smaller one and called emulisification of lipids

The fat molecules are broken down into small globules by the action of bile juice secreted by liver by the process of Emulsification.. .
Further the globules are broken down into fatty acids by Lipase enzyme present in Pancreatic juice secreted by Pancreas...

It occurs in the duodenum small intestine...
