Fertilizers are made from chemical but manure are obtained from nature.
Fertilizers are very expensive but chemicals are cheap.
Fertilizers can be stored in bags and can be taken from one place to another easily but manure are in huge bulk , it is difficult to take them from one place to another.

Manure- Manure is organic substance derived from the decomposition of plants and animals. They can be prepared in field. They provide lots of humus.
