Fossil fuels are the buried organisms under high temperature and pressure in earth crust deeply in the form of fuel. Fossil fuels are formed by the decomposition of organic (plant and animal) matter underground a long, long time ago. Different temperatures and pressures resulted in the transformation of organic matter into coal, oil or gas. For example: petroleum, coal, etc.
