How gender wise discrimination affected population structure?

Because of gender discrimination the people may feel much trouble. But now a days we can not find much gender discrimination. As the government passed a law that is all are equal in the society. No one can do gender discrimination if they do that thing then they will be behind the bars.

But because of gender discrimination their is inequality between male and female. They are not treated equally so because of that there may be suicides in the society.
