After the harvesting , the crop grains are dried in bright sunshine , this process is done , because just after harvesting we can't stored the grains , as they contain moisture and hence this moisture can gave birth to fungus and moulds . to prevent this farmers also add some ''neem'' leaves , to protect the grains from bacteria and other microorganisms.
After this, grains are ready to store in big containers.
