1:- haloarenes are less reactive than haloalkanes due to halo arenes have resonance effect and haloalkanes have resonating structure. resonance effect more than resonating structure,more is the stability.
2:- in halo alkanes,the hybridisation is sp3 whereas in haloarenes,the hybridisation is sp2.And sp2 is more electronegative than sp3,as a result,bond length be shorter and hence haloarene be stronger due to electronegativity. due to above reasons,haloalkane is more reactive for weak bond as well as stability.
