because in globalization the huge industrial setup is done . and introduction of foreign machines as producing agent took place .

so literally more the 80% of work in done by machine, basically it is a cause of unemployment for workers and machines performs effectively and efficiently in comparison to labours and works .
So by these factors small produces and workers were affected .
