Answer:

When mo#Sney and financial concerns cause ongoing stress in your life, you may eventually begin to feel anxious as a result. This anxiety can have a negative impact on your overall quality of life. You can't always fix the state of your bank account and immediately eliminate the stress. However, you can take steps to alleviate financial anxiety

Explanation:

Money anxiety occurs when you are concerned about your income or fear that something bad will happen to your finances. In other words, it's an emotional reaction to your financial situation.

However, money anxiety does not always imply a lack of funds. You could have a perfectly adequate income and still be concerned about your mortgage or losing all of your savings to an unexpected medical bill or other major expense.

Even if you easily pay all of your current bills, you can't shake the uneasy feeling that you should be saving more for retirement.
