Even though, Many doctrines under our constitution had been evolving for long past history of ancient india so called vedic period and written books from this Era also show some concepts have taken in our constitution.

But in the modern history, it was the period of the Britisher's rule in India. Through the British parliament many charters, Indian councils Acts and GOI Acts were farmed.

These Acts, mainly GOI ACT 1935, became Origin in the modern history for writing our constitution. In this period in our country Indian leaders through political parties, mainly INC, put ours demand in front of the Britishers and they are compelled to accept these from time to time and framed charters, Acts and laws by which people of India got somewhat demands.

And just before independence elections were conducted and through election constituent assembly was formed to draft the constitution and afterthat constitution was adopted and enforced.

This is the way through which our constitution has evolved.
