how has our constitution sought to implement equality? why is equality needed for all people?

our constitution has sought to implement by making rules that prevent inequality. equality is needed for everybody as everyone has a right to live an dignified life. the article 15 in our constitution prevents inequality.and also the intitives taken by the governament

article 15- prohibistion of discrimination on basis of cast,creed,religion,place of birth etc.

2. the state shall not discriminate against any citizen on basis of cast,creed,religion,place of birth etc.

3. nothing in the article shall prevent in making any special law for women and child
