in some states the people used to reduce all the unnecessary things and try to make a equal society where no poverty can be seen. poverty means such a situation where an individual can't afford their basic requirements likefood,education,medicine,clothing,shelter, etc. the people in such states help people to fulfill their needs . thus some states arranged themselves in reducing poverty in India.
