How has the application of scientific knowledge improved agriculture in the Arid
zones, Dry lands and Hilly regions of our country?

by adding the scientific knowledge there is a great improvement in cultivation by knowing the fertilizers to add, improve soil fertility, types of vegetation to grow on perticular types of soil
