Belgium's government solved it's ethnic problems by making the community government..from which government of each community has one head who will discuss and solve the problems of the people of his or her community..so alaass there will be no conflict between Dutch and French people..

Belgium Government solved the problem making changes in the constitution.
The constitutuion was amended 4 times so that everybody could live together.
The following changes were made in the constitution :
1.)The number of French and Dutch speaking ministers shall be equal in the central govt.
2.)Many powers of the central government have been given to the state government and the state govt. was not subordinate to the central govt.
3.)Brussels has a separate govt. in which both the communities have equal representation.
4.)A tgird type of govt. was also introduces called ythe community govt.
