heya mate here's your answer!!

This is ensured by having a special system of reserved constituencies for the weaker sections, for those who belong to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST).

  • The Constitution has ensured proper representation of all communities and minorities by ensuring reservations and incentives in various walks of life.
  • Acc to National census conducted once every few years, the population data is divided into chunks of communities, sex, language etc and the data is expolated and certain seats/ opportunities are reserved for those candidates based on it.
  • The people are also offered incentives/ lower health care fees for their families.
  • The selection criteria for assemblies and national representation is also eased for certain communities in terms of necessary qualifications and age.
  • Thus we are on our way to a fully rounded and diverse panel of national leaders.
