Explanation:

Events that evoke feelings of loss or damage are most likely to cause a mental disorder to develop in an individual. Environmental factors include but are not limited to dysfunctional home life, poor relationships with others, substance abuse, not meeting social expectations, low self-esteem and poverty.

ANSWER:

Humans are themselves responsible for their mental illness because in this world of growing technology, people tend to gain more and more achievement and success in life.

For this, they continuously work hard day and night and do not get rest. This makes them completely exhausted and hence they are not able to think properly or act in the right way.

Their brain does not work properly, they do not what to do and sometimes tend to do harm to themselves and others. They become depressed and mentally unstable, their lifestyle changes drastically which affects their health a lot.

So, humans should not take much tension about their work or to compete with others. They should live their lives happily without being concerned about unimportant matters.

They should realise that they are not machine. They are humans.

Thanks !!
