A turbine is set at the side of water floating. While the water is moving with a high speed,it powers to rotate the turbine. There is a motor fixed with the turbine and the motor generates electricity ang it passes to the tower

as the water released from dams it flows down with a great speed
with the help of speed it is passed through turbines so that the current is produced
