If you use the brainly as a app, then go to the user's profile; there is a option on the profile -'write message'. Click on it and start the conversation.

If you use the brainly from any browser as a site, then there is option in your profile, 'friends', search on it user's name find any user that you want. Then open user's profile and there is also a option on user's profile. Click there, and start the conversation.
