Involuntary actions are those actions which do not requires our permissions. This means that they are not in our control.
For example, Pumping of the Heart, cardiac muscles working, flowing of blood, etc.
On the other hand, Reflex action is the sudden response to some stimulus coming from outside. Such actions occurs in very less time.
All reflex action are involunatry actions since they are not in our controal.
But all involuntary action are not Reflex actions like Pumping of heart is the Involuntary actions but not reflex actions.
