A camel has fat and water stored in its hump, which supplements it to be hydrated and allows it to go on for long periods without water.
Also its feet are broad, so that even if the sand is extremely hot, it wont effect it.

The adaptations that camels have taken to live in the desert are as follows – long eyelashes, the nostrils that can close, wide feet and the hump.
Explanation:
Camels have to survive in deserts and to survive there sustainably, camels have undergone adaptations in their bodies for generations.
- They have wide feet so that they can walk comfortably in deserts.
- They have long eyelashes that can protect their eyes from desert storms.
- They have nostrils that close that help in keeping their noses closed to windblown sand.
- They have a hump that helps them to store food and water and they can live without them for days.
