3) It is a better form of govt. Because there is fair chances of loosing in election of ruling party as it is not in China because there, the only winning party wins every election.
4) it is a better form of govt, because it corrects it's own mistakes by helding public meetings, but this is not in China as there only the ruling person chooses whether to correct it's mistake or not.
5) in democracy, every one is equal before the law but in China the ruling party does not follow this step.
