How is a democratic government a better government? Explain in view of the governance in China and that in India.

a democratic govt. is a better form of govt. because it is responsible and answer able to people of the country. as simply democracy in itself means that it is selected by people and for the people.
one of the instance is that china has to face devastating famine and has sufferes huge loss due to absence of democracy.
