The different between floating and fixed plant are:-

Floating -always float in water neither is fixed to ground the stomata of floating plants face always up. EX-lettuce

Fixed plant:-this plant always fixed to ground so it stuck in one place.EX-lotus

The different is only between floating plant float always,fixed doesn't float.
