●Eukaryotic cells contain membrane-bound organelles, including a nucleus.  ●Eukaryotes can be single-celled or multi-celled, such as you, me, plants, fungi, and insects.   ■ Bacteria are an example of prokaryotes.   ■Prokaryotic cells do not contain a nucleus or any other membrane-bound organelle.

  • Prokaryotic cell contains nucleoid while eukaryotic cell contains nucleus.
  • Prokaryotic cell is present in unicellular organisms while eukaryotic cell is present in both unicellular and multicellular organisms.
  • Prokaryotic cell doesnt contain membrane bound organelles while eukaryotic cell contains membrane bound organelles.

Thanks dear. Hope this helps you..
