In India mostly traditional methods of farming are used whereas in Europe modern methods are used. I has been found that India's crop yields lower than Europe and this is attributed mainly to extreme climatic conditions, and crops being rain fed. With the increase in demand for organic produce, more organic companies are now encouraging farmers towards organic farming which makes use or natural fertilizers, pesticides and non GMO seeds. Organic crops are known to produce less but nutritious produce than conventional crops.
