The amount of urine largely depends on the amount of water reabsorbed. The amount of water reabsorbed by nephrone tubule depends on

#How water in excess is in the body removed. When water is abundant in the body tissues ,large quantities of dilute urine is excreted out. When water is less in quantities in the body tissues ,a small quantity of concentrate urine is excreted.

#How much dissolved waste ,especialy nitrogenous waste like urea and nitric acid and salts to be excreted from the body. When there is more quantity of dissolved waste in the body ,more quantity of water is required to excrete them.So the amount of urine produced increases.

#The amount of urine produced is also regulated by certain hormones which control the movement of water and sodium ions into and out of the nephrons

Pls find the answer below:

___________________________________________________________

The amount of urine produced depends on the amount of excess water and dissolved wastes present in the body. Some other factors such as habitat of an organism and hormone such as Anti-diuretic hormone (ADH) also regulates the amount of urine produced.
