because in nucleus there are proton with same charge but positive so it cancel the charge of electron and therefore atoms are neutral

Atoms are made up of three subatomic particles:

• Electrons -- negatively charged
• Protons -- positively charged
• Neutron -- neutral ( no charge)

Protons and neutrons are present in nucleus .
Electrons revolve rapidly round the nucleus.
But in atoms, the number of electrons and protons are equal so they make atom electrically neutral by balancing negative charge and positive charge.
