breathing take place in human by the contraction and relaxation of the rib cage, diaphragm, and the lungs. The air is taken in through the nostrils and is sent to the nasal cavity and then to lungs

the breathing takes place from our nostrils the air enters into windpipe through nostrils then they reach to the alveoli through bronchi and there exchange of Oxygen and carbon dioxide takes place when carbon dioxide gets out of the body through nostrils only
