Carbon dioxide is taken up by the plants by the exchange of the gaseous through the stomatal pore from free atmosphere

The CO2 is taken by plants through their leaves by stomata. In leaf stomata is the smallest particle which involve in the process of transportation of oxygen and carbon dioxide,evaporation, transpiration.
