How is cataract caused ?

cataract is an eye disease caused due to the brightness of your mobile phone. the brightness strains your eyes and make them dry. sometimes........loss of vision!
problem in ratina
if there's a stone is your eye and you ignore it, and then one day , when it's too late, you go to the doctor as it's extreme, you may get cataract.
there are more causes that are not mentioned here.
