how is community government elected in Belgium​

Community govt is elected by all the people belonging to one community and all tjose who speak same language regardless of where they live..

nostacovspitar: you mean that the French and Dutch had separate electorates and the French voted for the French representatives while the Dutch voted for the Dutch representatives to the community govt which is established
